1. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or pet under the following circumstances:

• Aggressive Behavior: Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior toward staff, other pets, or clients will not be serviced.
• Health Concerns: Pets that appear ill, infested with parasites, or otherwise pose a health risk will be refused service.
• Inappropriate Client Conduct: Clients displaying disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave and will not be permitted to use our services in the future.
• Non-Compliance: Clients who do not adhere to our safety and operational policies may be refused service.
  
  

2. Payment Method on File

To secure your appointment, a credit or debit card must be kept on file. This information will be used for service payments and any applicable cancellation fees. By providing your payment information, you agree to the following:

• Charges may be applied for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• A fee may be incurred for no-shows.
  
  

3. Right to Change Policies

Turbo Tails Mobile Dog Gym reserves the right to modify our policies and procedures at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review our policies regularly, or before booking.

4. Right to Cancel Appointments

We reserve the right to cancel appointments at our discretion, with notice provided to the client, in cases including, but not limited to:

• Inclement weather
• Safety concerns
• Staff emergencies

In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.

5. Signed Waivers

All clients must sign a waiver prior to service. The waiver acknowledges understanding of the inherent risks associated with dog activities and releases Turbo Tails Mobile Dog Gym from liability. No service will be provided without a signed waiver on file.
